2 tbsp of flaxseed (optional)

You can check out the video here:

I like to mix ½ cup smooth all natural peanut butter, ¼ cup of honey is a delicious, healthier alternative to sugar. Make sure you are using pure non pasteurized honey .and 1 tbsp vanilla extract

mix it till its smooth

Then I add 1 cup of oatmeal,

Oatmeal helps reduce cholesterol and blood sugar levels, promotes healthy gut bacteria and increases feelings of fullness.

¼ cup of unsweetened coconut flakes,

¼ cup of pecans,

¼ cup of cacao nibs.

Cacao nibs are partially ground cacao beans. Cacao nibs have all the benefits of eating dark chocolate, without the added sugar.
They are high in fiber, protein, and antioxidants,

Roll ingredient into bite size balls

Put in the fridge or freezer for 15 min

These Peanut Butter Chocolate nibs Energy Balls are perfect for snacks, dessert, lunch boxes, or post-workout recovery time.
